What do you need help with?

  • Ensure device isn't muted and volume is turned up loud enough to hear.
  • Ensure browser tab isn't muted
  • Ensure playback volume, found in the settings view of each game, is turned up load enough to hear.
  • Try relaunching browser or refreshing browser tab.

If you see this message it means javascript is not enabled in your browser for this website. This website requires javascript enabled to function properly.

  • Make sure you're using the newest version of your browser.
  • Make sure you don't have too many tabs open in your browser.
  • Try refreshing the tab the game is in.
  • Try closing your browser and relaunching it.

If you're still having problems it could be that you don't have enough RAM to load the game. Or your browser may not support a feature required by the game. Or there could be a bug in either the browser or our game (or both).

Try refreshing the page to see if it will load faster.

Make sure that your device is connected to the internet and the connection is strong. If you have a slow connection, it will take a while to load.

If your game or app saves are gone it's probably because:

  • The browser cache for our website was deleted. Your browser could have done this automatically or someone may have manually deleted it.
  • You were using private browsing. Any saves to the browser cache or local storage made while using private browsing are automatically deleted by your browser when you stop using our website.
  • You are using private browsing. If you are currently using private browsing you won't be able to access any game or app saves you made when you weren't using private browsing. If you open our website without private browsing, you will be able to open those game and app saves again.

We cannot recover deleted game or app saves.

Web browsers are very restrictive about copy and paste for this reason we are unable to have a Cut, Copy, and Paste option on the 'edit' menu. You can on a PC however, use Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, and Ctrl+V (Mac users: Command instead of Control), for copy, cut and paste actions. Additionally, some other programs may not properly display images or shapes copied from Canvasseur because of limited browser support for different clipboard formats.

For security reasons, web browsers do not allow web pages to have persistent access to files on your computer. Because of this the only way to save changes in Canvasseur document to your computer is to download it.

You can also, if your browser and operating system support it, save a Canvasseur document in the browser cache. But be warned, the browser cache can easily deleted so use caution when saving documents in the cache.
